Set yourself up for success by registering for our InsureShield® Online Portal for complete claims & billing visibility and see how easy it is to get your package covered.

How Do I Register For the Online Portal?

    Set up your account by visiting our registration page
  • Checkmark Icon
    Enter your policy ID, email Address and zip code 
  • Checkmark Icon
    Select whether you’re the Account Holder, Billing Contact or Claims Contact
  • Checkmark Icon
    Click Register

    Once registered, you will have access to file claims, view claim status, and manage your InsureShield account.

How Do I Insure My Shipment?

To ensure your shipments are insured, you must declare a value for each package by following the steps below or watch our tutorial.

    Enter the delivery address into your shipping software (UPS WorldShip, CampusShip, etc.)
  • Checkmark Icon
    Select the delivery service (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.)
  • Checkmark Icon
    Enter the package weight
  • Checkmark Icon
    Enter the value of the package contents
  • Checkmark Icon
    Print the shipping label

    Be sure to accurately declare the value of your package contents so you are properly insured in case of loss or damage.
